Cypress Creek Renewables Announces 2024 Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship Recipients
DEMING – Cypress Creek Renewables is pleased to announce that six Luna County students have been selected to receive the 2024 Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders Scholarship award:
- Jazmine Otero – Deming High School
- Jesus Lozano – Early College High School
- Charles Hofacket – Deming High School
- Himani Patel – Early College High School
- Truman Williams – Early College High School
- Yazmin Garcia Orozco – Deming High School
Each student will receive a one-time $1,000 scholarship to be used towards tuition, housing, books, or materials for their program of study. As part of the application process, students submitted a short video responding to the question, “How does renewable energy affect your future?”

The Energizing Tomorrow’s Leaders scholarship program, launched in 2023, aims to positively impact young people in communities where Cypress Creek develops and operates solar and battery storage projects.
