Six Local Arrests Reported by Local Authorities

DEMING— Law enforcement reported six recent arrests involving a range of charges, including vehicle theft, probation violations, and driving offenses. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Manny Padilla, 35, was arrested on a Bernalillo County Magistrate Court warrant for aggravated fleeing and receiving or transferring stolen property. Jesus Manuel Hernandez, 28, was taken into custody on a Collin County, Texas District Court warrant for a probation violation. Ernest Doazal, 39, was arrested on a Greeley County, Colorado warrant for theft of a motor vehicle.

Isaac Quesada, 23, was arrested on South Santa Fe Street for battery on a household member. Kevin Jimenez, 19, was charged with failure to register a vehicle, driving with a suspended license, failure to appear in court, resisting or evading an officer, fleeing an officer, and is being held on a no-bond warrant from Magistrate Court.

Enrique Alonzo Chavez, 19, was arrested for DWI, reckless driving, driving without insurance, and failing to wear a seatbelt.

Authorities remind the public that all charges will proceed through the judicial system to determine outcomes.
