DEMING – All persons mentioned are to be considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of law. This information was provided by the Deming Police Department and the Luna County Detention Center.
Four individuals were booked in Luna County over a 24-hour period, with charges ranging from bench warrants to concealing identity.
Alicia Marie Sandoval, 41, of Pelayo Road in Deming, was booked on a bench warrant issued by Luna Magistrate Court for failure to pay (FTP). She was taken into custody on December 26, 2024.
Maria Anna Diaz, 28, of Queen Ann Street in Deming, was arrested at 9:56 a.m. on December 26 by the Luna County Detention Center (LCDC) for failure to appear (FTA) under a bench warrant issued by Luna Magistrate Court.
Jason Robert Myers, 32, was booked at 2:14 p.m. on December 26 by LCDC. He faces a charge of concealing identity under New Mexico Statute 30-22-3.
Ramon Franco, 25, of South Alamogordo Street in Deming, was booked on a failure-to-appear charge tied to a bench warrant issued by Luna Magistrate Court. His booking was processed by the Deming Police Department (DPD).
