Several Arrests Made in Deming on Warrants and New Charges

DEMING – Authorities in Deming made multiple arrests over the past few days on a variety of charges, including battery, burglary, and driving while intoxicated. All individuals mentioned in today’s report are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

According to the Deming Police Department and the Luna County Detention Center, 45-year-old Justin Russell Hull was arrested on a burglary warrant. Meanwhile, 19-year-old Enrique Alonzo Chavez was taken into custody on new charges related to the unlawful use of a license.

In addition, 26-year-old Adrian Chavoya was booked on a warrant out of Doña Ana County for failure to pay fines. Another individual, 28-year-old Shyenne Pierro, was arrested on a Deming Municipal Court warrant for failure to pay.

Other arrests include 35-year-old Juan Rivera, charged with aggravated battery on a household member resulting in great bodily harm, and 39-year-old Shawn Plant, who faces charges of battery against a household member.

Additionally, 26-year-old Adriana Lucero was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate warrant for failure to appear, while 22-year-old Luis Ramirez was charged with DWI, failure to maintain lanes, and driving without registration.

Finally, 52-year-old Gabriel Carreon was arrested on charges of battery on a household member and interference with communications.

All suspects were booked at the Luna County Detention Center pending court proceedings.
