*DEMING – Local law enforcement agencies reported a series of arrests over the weekend, with charges ranging from domestic violence to aggravated DWI and larceny, according to information released April 20.
Charles Fiorentino, 53, of Deming, was arrested by Deming Police and faces multiple charges of battery against a household member,
In a separate case, 29-year-old Jorge Martinez of Deming was arrested by the Deming police Department and charged with False Imprisonment, Interference with communications and two counts of battery against a household member.
Authorities also arrested 18-year-old Hector A. Santos of Deming and charged with Aggravated DWI. He was booked by State Police and remains in pretrial status.
Marie Ann Escobar-Montoya, 50, was taken into custody April 19 by the New Mexico State Police on charges of DWI, No insurance and no registration.
Additionally, 71-year-old Juan Ramos was arrested on April 19 by the Deming Police Department charged with Aggravated DWI and Leaving the scene of an accident.
Lastly, Isaac Diaz-Vargas, 27, of Deming, was arrested by the Deming Police Department and charge with Larceny.
