DEMING – The following information is provided in today’s report from the Deming Police Department and the Luna County Detention Center:
Amanda Piñon, 41, was taken into custody on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay fines. Ronald Zarco-Snow, 31, was arrested on a Deming Municipal Court warrant for failure to pay fines. Alyssa Lopez, 19, faces charges of driving while intoxicated, being a minor allowing herself to be served alcohol, and leaving the scene of an accident.
Paul Martens, 43, was booked on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a warrant for failure to appear. Lazaro Rodriguez, 40, was arrested for interference with officers and disorderly conduct. Alexis Eaglestar, 23, was served two Luna County Magistrate warrants for failure to appear.
Melenda Paz, 36, was arrested for the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Jennifer Lake, 40, was charged with unlawful use of a license and had a warrant for failure to appear. Javier Camarena, 43, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate warrant for failure to appear.
Ray Shadden, 31, was booked on a Sixth Judicial District Court warrant for failure to appear and a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to comply with court conditions. Alfred Ventura, 63, was charged with injuring or defacing property and disorderly conduct. David Tidy, 35, was arrested for resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
Allen Montoya, 19, was charged with DWI, improper lane change, no driver’s license, minor allowing self to be served alcohol, and having an open container. Erik Sanchez, 41, was arrested for false imprisonment. Ellie Pastron, 41, was charged with interference with officers and disorderly conduct.
Felisha Weaver, 50, was arrested on a bench warrant. Ramon Franco, 25, faces two counts of trespassing. Anna Diaz, 29, was picked up on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear. Alonzo Widmar, 22, was jailed on three Luna County Magistrate Court warrants—one for failure to comply with conditions set by the court, and two for failure to appear.
All individuals named in today’s report are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
