DEMING – Universal Waste Systems and the City of Deming are reminding residents that all trash collection will be delayed by one day during the week of Memorial Day.
Because Universal Waste Systems will observe the federal holiday on Monday, May 26, Monday’s regular routes will be picked up on Tuesday, and all other service days will shift accordingly throughout the week.
Residents are encouraged to place their trash bins out a day later than usual during the holiday week.
