DEMING – Kidnapping and aggravated assault charges topped the list of recent arrests in Deming, according to reports from the Deming Police Department and the Luna County Detention Center. The arrests ranged from violent felonies to outstanding warrants.
Ivan Perez, 20, was arrested on charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault against a household member and battery against a household member.
Emanuel Maynes, 55, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, criminal damage to property, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Arturo Grado, 42, was arrested for battery, concealing identity and disorderly conduct.
Daniel Lara, 46, was charged with resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, aggravated DWI and speeding.
Alexandra Lucero, 19, of Las Cruces, N.M., faces charges of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, failure to notify of an accident, criminal damage to property and criminal trespass.
Alenandro Perez, 46, was arrested for aggravated DWI, improper lane change and expired registration.
Justin Hull, 45, was arrested for resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, driving with a suspended license, no insurance and expired registration. He was also arrested on a 6th Judicial District Court warrant and a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant, both for failure to appear.
Adrian Garcia, 24, was arrested for DWI, no driver’s license, expired registration, no proof of insurance and no registration.
Victor Caballero, 55, was arrested for larceny and was also arrested on two Luna County Magistrate Court warrants, both for failure to appear.
Angel Padron, 46, was arrested for larceny.
Ramon Cebreros, 18, was arrested for disorderly conduct and prowling.
Fredrick Marrufo, 25, was booked on two Deming Municipal Court warrants for failure to appear.
Sonia Aguilar, 51, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.
Steven Kerbleski, 37, was picked up on an unknown agency warrant for failure to appear.
Eddie Romero, 42, was taken in on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.
Cooper Jackson, 39, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.
