DEMING – Information obtained from the Deming Police Department and the Luna County Detention Center shows several individuals were recently arrested on various charges.
Vanessa Munoz, age 47, was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated (DWI), criminal damage to property, and possession of an open container.
Jazune Merz, age 18, was taken into custody for battery against a household member, a domestic-related offense.
Jose Valencia, age 36, of El Paso, Texas, was booked on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay fines.
Joel Balderas, age 43, was arrested on a Deming Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
Cesar Nunez, age 24, was also arrested on a Deming Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear.
