DEMING – Local families are invited to enjoy stories and sunshine at “Reading at the Park,” hosted every Wednesday at Courthouse Park from 10 to 11 AM. The program is organized by Parents as Teachers and will feature a different children’s book each week, followed by a themed activity designed to promote early literacy and fun.
Upcoming sessions will be held on June 25, July 2, July 9, July 16, and July 23, 2025.
This free program is open to the public and encourages parents and children to read, learn, and connect as a community. The event will be offered in both English and Spanish. For more information, call 575-546-9254.
