DEMING – Recent arrests in Deming and Luna County reflect a range of charges, from probation violations to interference with law enforcement. The following individuals were booked into the Luna County Detention Center over the past several days:
Sadie Marie Spoores, 25, was taken into custody on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay fines. Also arrested was 18-year-old Fabien Alvarado, picked up on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to pay fines.
Carlos Ransdell, 31, faces multiple charges including assault on a peace officer, disorderly conduct, and three counts of resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer. Alexi Jackson, 51, was booked for trespassing and interference with officers.
Eugene Contreras, 38, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District Court warrant for violating conditions of his probation. Victoria Teran, 47, was taken into custody on a Deming Municipal Court warrant for failure to pay fines, while Alfonso Santa Maria, 40, was booked on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.
Shelby Ryan Pool, 29, was charged with concealing identity. Gordon Garland, 51, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance, concealing identity, and was also arrested on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.
Nathan Daniel Wilderman, 25, was taken into custody on a 6th Judicial District Court warrant for failure to appear. Lastly, Jonathan Gamboa, 22, was arrested on multiple charges including prowling, resisting and evading an officer, lacking lamps on a bicycle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and for violating probation terms under an Adult Probation and Parole warrant.
