Law Enforcement Reports Multiple Arrests in Deming Over the Past Week

DEMING – Law enforcement agencies in Deming reported a series of arrests over the past week, with charges ranging from drug possession and battery to warrants for failure to appear. The Luna County Detention Center and Deming Police Department released the following arrest information. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Gabriel Gonzales, 32, was charged with resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer, possession of a controlled substance, and on a warrant for failure to appear.

Demise Webb, 44, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of the court.

Luis Valdez-Ortiz, 20, was charged with battery against a household member.

Dominic Tijerina, 28, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.

Jerry Duhon, 41, was charged with unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon and concealing identity.

Judianna Marrujo, 38, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.

Phillip Wilkins, 42, was charged with shooting at or from a motor vehicle and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Alejandro Vela, 24, was arrested on three Luna County Magistrate Court warrants, all for failure to pay fines.

Suede McAfee, 44, was arrested on a 6th Judicial District Court warrant for failure to comply with conditions of probation.

Tiffany Harris, 34, was arrested on a Luna County Magistrate Court warrant for failure to appear.

Joshua Hand, 42, was charged with battery against a household member.

Jeremiah Perez, 26, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear; court information was not made available.

James Maston, 52, was charged with concealing identity.

Jonathan Villagrama, 26, was charged with aggravated DWI and failure to yield.
