SILVER CITY – Western New Mexico University will usher in the holiday season with its annual Jingle & Mingle celebration, a free outdoor event open to the entire community.
Set for Friday, December 5, from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m., the gathering will be held at Regents Square on the WNMU campus at 1000 West College Avenue. The event brings together students, families, faculty, staff, friends, and residents for an evening of festive fun.
Attendees can look forward to live music, children’s games and crafts, and an assortment of holiday treats. Everyone is encouraged to wear their most outrageous ugly sweater for a chance to win a special prize.
WNMU officials say the goal of the event is to celebrate community spirit and provide a cheerful start to the holiday season.
