DEMING – Luna County officials are inviting the public to a town hall meeting on Wednesday, December 4, from 6 to 8 p.m., to discuss ongoing economic development initiatives and take questions from residents.
The meeting will include updates on several county projects, such as border infrastructure improvements, technical course offerings at the Mimbres Valley Learning Center, and the broadband expansion efforts through the Student Connect Buildout, Aaron Casillas, and the Mycelia Foundation.
County Commissioner Christie Ann Harvey of District 3 will take part in the discussion. Those unable to attend in person can visit the Luna County website and click the meeting link on the home page.
The meeting will take place at the Luna County Commissioners Chambers, 700 South Silver Avenue in Deming.
