DEMING — Law enforcement activity recorded on January 12 reflects a busy day for officers and jail staff as several individuals were taken into custody on a range of charges stemming from outstanding warrants, alleged drug offenses, domestic-related incidents, and public intoxication, according to information provided by local law enforcement and detention officials .

Steven Alba, 43, was arrested in connection with alleged interference with officers and possession of paraphernalia, along with two municipal court warrants for failure to appear, both of which carried no bond. Luis Guerrero, 36, was taken into custody on multiple allegations including possession of a controlled substance identified as methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon, and outstanding magistrate court warrants related to embezzlement and tampering with evidence. William Mosher, 39, was arrested on a magistrate court warrant issued out of Grant County for failure to comply with probation, which also carried no bond.

Joel Perez, 33, was booked on a series of allegations involving a household member, including battery, criminal damage to property, interference with communications, and resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer.
