DEMING — Luna County Manager Chris Brice spoke with John Krehbiel during a recent edition of Hometown Happenings, discussing current issues facing Luna County residents and how the county is working to address them.
During the interview, Brice reviewed highlights from the recent 30-day New Mexico Legislative Session in Santa Fe, including funding requests submitted for several county projects. He also discussed a newly awarded grant that will allow Luna County to install free public Wi-Fi at select locations, expanding internet access for residents and visitors.
Brice emphasized the importance of securing state funding and improving public access to services as the county continues to address infrastructure and community needs.
