DEMING – WNM Communications is proud to present the inaugural HighSpeed Shootout Golf Tournament, teeing off on Friday, June 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM at the Rio Mimbres Golf Course in Deming.
This 4-man scramble, shotgun-start event aims to bring the community together for a fun-filled day on the course while raising funds for the Deming High School Golf Team’s scholarship program.
“We believe in investing in our youth and our community,” said Wayne Baxter, Chief Operating Officer at WNM Communications. “This tournament isn’t just about golf—it’s about giving our local youth a stronger start and celebrating the businesses that help make that possible.”
Local businesses are stepping up in a big way—donating prizes, sponsoring holes, and rallying behind a cause that helps Deming’s young athletes succeed both on and off the course.
