DEMING – Looking at our local arrest report for today:
The Deming Police Department and Luna County Detention Center report the following arrests. All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
- Jeremy L. Ziller, 48, was arrested for larceny, criminal trespass, criminal damage to property, and failure to pay fines.
- Tiffany Harris, 34, was charged with breaking and entering and failure to comply and appear in court.
- Javier T. Perez, 34, was arrested for resisting, evading, or obstructing an officer.
- Gabriel Carreon, 52, was charged with failure to yield and held on a bench warrant for failure to appear.
- Paul Martens, 43, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
- Chad Lynn Kuhn, 41, was arrested for possession of controlled substances and drug paraphernalia.
- Ayda Tanner, 20, was charged with two counts of battery against a household member.
- Mario Ramirez, 32, was arrested on a warrant for battery.
- Anthony William Close, 18, faces charges of aggravated fleeing from law enforcement, marijuana possession, and reckless driving.
- Sarah Denise Soria, 40, was held on a Dona Ana County warrant for failure to pay.
- Samantha Lynn Anglin, 33, and Bruce Wayne Anglin, 55, were both charged with abandonment of a child, not resulting in death or great bodily harm.
