DEMING – Area residents interested in health care careers will have a chance to connect with employers at a job fair next week.
The Deming-Luna County Economic Development office is hosting a health care-focused job fair on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at 1275 E. Pine St. in Deming.
Featured employers include Mimbres Valley Medical Center, Luna Rehabilitation and Care Center, and Southwest Therapeutics. Organizers said the event is designed to help job seekers network with local employers and explore opportunities in the health care industry. Attendees are encouraged to come prepared with a résumé and to be ready for on-site interviews.
The event is free and open to the public.
