DEMING —The City of Deming is advising motorists of road improvement work going on at the intersection of Buckeye Street and Gold Avenue. Construction began December 29 and should continue through January 9, 2026.
According to city officials, construction is expected to last approximately two weeks. During that time, drivers should anticipate traffic delays and detours throughout the construction area.
Motorists are urged to exercise caution while traveling through the work zone to ensure the safety of construction crews and fellow drivers. City officials say the project is part of ongoing efforts to improve roadway conditions and traffic flow in the area.
