Governor to Host Public Safety Town Hall in Las Cruces
DEMING – Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham will host a public safety town hall in Las Cruces on Thursday.
“Ensuring the safety and security of every New Mexican remains my top priority,” Gov. Lujan Grisham stated. “This town hall is an opportunity to hear directly from New Mexicans and collaborate on effective strategies to enhance public safety statewide.”
The town hall will be held on Thursday, July 25, at 5:30 p.m. at the Las Cruces Convention Center, located at 680 E University Ave, Las Cruces, NM 88001. The event is open to the public and will be streamed live on the Governor’s Facebook page. Media attendance is welcome.
Attendees will have the chance to ask questions and share their concerns directly with the Governor and other state officials. Topics will include crime prevention, law enforcement support, and community safety initiatives.
