Deming School District Outlines Strategic Goals and Planning Process
DEMING – The Deming Public Schools’ Board of Education, in collaboration with Superintendent Chavez and her team, is developing a comprehensive Strategic Plan to guide the district’s decision-making over the next three years.
The process involves several key steps:
- Identifying Goals
- Gathering Input
- Developing Strategies
- Setting Measurable Outcomes
- Implementing the Plan
The Board adopted the following goals at its July 18, 2024, meeting:
- Foster Academic Excellence and Achievement
- Optimize Financial Management and District Operations
- Enhance Health, Safety, and Wellness
- Build Family and Community Connections
