DEMING — Officials with Luna County are inviting residents to submit photographs that showcase the beauty, culture, and everyday life of the region as part of a new county website project.
County leaders say they are looking for high-quality images that reflect the character and spirit of Luna County, including scenic landscapes, sunsets, local events, agriculture, wildlife, historic locations, and community moments. The effort is designed to highlight what makes the area unique while giving residents a chance to be part of the county’s new online presence.
Photographs must be clear, well-lit, and high resolution—preferably 1920 by 1080 pixels or higher. Officials emphasize that submissions must be original images without watermarks or copyrighted material.
Residents interested in participating are asked to include their name and a brief description of each photo when submitting. By sending in photos, contributors grant the county permission to use the images on its website and related promotional materials.
The deadline to submit photos is May 15th, 2026.
Photos can be emailed to [email protected].
County officials say the project is an opportunity for the community to help tell the story of Luna County and showcase local pride through photography.
