What an incredible day for the Deming community!
On behalf of Bravo Mic Communications, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for Stuff the Bus Deming 2026 proudly sponsored by Nusenda Credit Union. Your generosity, enthusiasm, and community spirit made this year’s event one to remember.
Every crayon, every pencil, every notebook, and every backpack donated will make a difference in the life of a child attending Deming Public Schools. Because of your kindness, hundreds of students will head back to school better prepared for a successful year.
The day was filled with smiles, laughter, and family fun. Guests enjoyed making memories at the SnapJoy Photo Booth presented by Nusenda Credit Union, building creations with Southwest Therapeutics and Southwest Pediatric & Family Care, exploring STEM activities with Bravo Mic Digital, and getting creative at the Coloring Corner hosted by KDEM and KOTS. Families also enjoyed Speed Stacking with Luna County, and Fishing for Duckies with Tacom Printing.
One of the most impactful parts of the event was the free haircuts provided by local barbers and hairstylists. Their generosity helped students look and feel their best as they prepare to head back to the classroom. We are incredibly thankful for each stylist who donated their time and talent to serve our community.
A special thank you goes to The City of Deming for providing free backpacks to local students while supplies lasted. Seeing so many children leave with smiles, backpacks, and excitement for the school year was truly rewarding.
We also appreciate our amazing food vendors, Deming Tropical Snow and Nothing Bundt Cakes, for keeping everyone fueled throughout the event with delicious treats and refreshments.
