DEMING – The City of Deming will hold a special meeting for non-profit organizations to present their programs and services directly to the City Council and staff. The session is scheduled for Tuesday, November 12, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at 1275 East Pine Street.
Non-profit agencies providing community-based services are invited to give 15-minute presentations focused on food security, housing and homelessness support, workforce development, youth and education, and health and wellness initiatives. The purpose of the meeting is to help city officials better understand available resources and explore possible partnerships within the community.
Organizations interested in presenting must contact Deputy City Clerk Karen Reed at [email protected] by November 5 to be added to the agenda. Presentation requirements can be picked up at City Hall or requested by email from Felipe Figueroa at [email protected].
